Two Canadian Qualifying competitions will be held in Canada to choose the dancers that will represent Canada at the World Hip Hop, Break Dance and Pop & Lock Championships held in Germany September 2006.

Location # 1 -EASTERN CANADA - Guelph, Ontario – River Run Theatre May 3-7th
Location # 2 - WESTERN CANADA - Abbotsford, BC April 25-26th

This World Qualifying competition will be done in the World Championship Format, which is as follows:

  • First/Preliminary Round
  • Qualification
  • Battles

    Note: Each regional will also have a Hip Hop division, however this will be done North America Style on stage with dancers using own music, Dancers wishing to represent Canada must enter one of the two qualifying competitions offered for World Street Dance, competition will be done in the World Format.
